Most businesses think they have a content problem. Usually it’s a content-extraction problem. They create one thing, post it once, and start over from scratch.
Create less. Extract more. Start with one strong idea and pull a week of content out of it. The example we’ll use is a simple one: “Progress isn’t always loud, but it always adds up.”
1. The reel: hook them fast
Say the idea out loud to the camera. Open with the strongest sentence in the first couple of seconds, then explain it in under a minute. Video is where new people discover you.
2. The quote: make it shareable

Find the line people would repeat and put it on a clean graphic. Big quote, real impact, keep it simple. These are the posts people save and send to friends.
3. The carousel: teach it step by step

Break the idea into five slides: hook the scroll, deliver value, add visuals, keep text short and end with a call to action. Carousels get swiped, and swipes tell the platform people are interested.
4. The comment: turn engagement into content

When someone responds, answer in a way that adds something. Real people, real conversations. A good reply is content, and it shows everyone watching that you’re paying attention.
5. The story poll: turn your audience into input

Ask a simple two-option question related to the idea. You get quick insight into what your audience finds hard, and that tells you what to create next.
6. The founder take: add your perspective

Write a short post on what you’ve learned and why it matters to you. Real experience builds trust, and no one else can write it.
7. Bring it back next month

Good ideas don’t expire. Put a date on your calendar to save it, repost it in a new format and reach people who missed it the first time. Most of your audience didn’t see it the first time.
The numbers shown in the graphics, such as likes and poll percentages, are illustrative examples.
Put it on the calendar
Pick one idea a week. Record the reel on Monday, post the quote and carousel midweek, run the poll, share your take, and schedule the repost. That’s one idea, a week of content and a lot less starting from scratch.
